Hawelha Proprietary End User License Agreement

Hawelha ("the Software") is free to use, but it is not open-source software.
The Software is licensed, not sold.

1. License grant

Extractly grants each user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to install and use the official Hawelha Chrome extension for lawful personal
use. The official extension is the item published by Extractly in the Chrome
Web Store under this item ID:

2. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

- copy, redistribute, mirror, republish, sublicense, rent, sell, or bundle the
  Software or any modified copy of it;
- publish the Software through another store, website, repository, download
  service, or developer account;
- modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software;
- remove, hide, or alter Extractly names, copyright notices, official links,
  license terms, or other ownership notices;
- impersonate Extractly or represent an unofficial build as an official
  Hawelha release;
- reverse engineer or bypass distribution and integrity safeguards, except to
  the limited extent that applicable law cannot validly prohibit it.

Any license ends automatically if these terms are breached. A user may keep
using a lawfully installed official copy while these terms are followed.

3. Official distribution and updates

Official releases, support information, and product notices are provided at:

https://extractly.vip/products/hawelha

Copies acquired from any other source are not authorized or supported by
Extractly. Chrome Web Store signing and updates identify the official release.

4. Third-party materials

This license applies to Extractly's original Hawelha code and product assets.
Third-party fonts, icons, flags, and other materials remain governed by their
respective licenses included with the Software. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and
the license files inside the assets directory.

5. Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY
KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. EXTRACTLY IS NOT LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF
THE SOFTWARE.

Installing or using Hawelha means you accept this agreement.
