- Access is sold as a one-time activation code for the selected duration.
- Because access is digital and activates immediately after payment confirmation, payments are final once the code is issued or used.
- Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Extractly service, not a guaranteed permanent obligation if the service is discontinued, materially changed, or affected by third-party platform limits.
- Lifetime device management, when available, requires email verification before viewing or removing linked devices. Short-duration access does not include a device-management panel.
- Paid access improves limits, but it does not guarantee every source, resolution, format, or third-party platform will always be available.
