Extractly is intended for public URLs, public page metadata, local files you provide, and practical utility inputs. Do not use the tools to attempt access to private, restricted, or unauthorized content.

Rights and reuse
Copying, generating, or downloading a result does not grant ownership or reuse rights. You are responsible for respecting copyright, platform terms, and the content owner's permissions.

Media processing and downloads
Media tools are for public links and content you have the right to process. Do not use Extractly to access private, restricted, login-only, DRM-protected, or unauthorized content.

Platform limitations
Some tools depend on public page data. Results may be unavailable when a platform blocks requests, changes markup, rate limits access, or removes content.

No platform affiliation
Extractly is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, X, WhatsApp, Google, or other platforms referenced by the tools. Platform names are used only to describe compatible public URLs and workflows.

No warranty
Extractly is provided as a practical utility. We aim for reliable behavior, but extraction results are not guaranteed for every website or platform.

Paid access codes
Paid access is sold as a one-time activation code for the selected duration, such as 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or lifetime access. It is not an automatically renewing subscription unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise.

Payments and refunds
Because paid access is digital and may activate immediately after payment confirmation, payments are final once an activation code is issued, delivered, or used, except where a mandatory law requires otherwise.

Lifetime access
Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Extractly service. It does not create a permanent guarantee or compensation obligation if the service is discontinued, materially changed, affected by third-party platform restrictions, or unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control.

Paid feature limits
Paid access can unlock higher limits or better options, but it does not guarantee that every third-party source, quality level, file format, resolution, or tool will always be available.

Extractly points and cloud costs
Extractly points are prepaid usage units, not cash and not an automatically renewing subscription. Cloud requests and server-heavy media exports are charged according to the point cost displayed before processing. Requests stop when points are insufficient. Unused or confirmed-unbilled reserved work is refunded; work already submitted to an external provider may remain charged when its billing outcome is confirmed or cannot be safely reversed. Included points are finite for every Pass duration, including Lifetime; Lifetime access does not include unlimited cloud, speech, transcription, rendering, or other provider usage.
